This has to be in my top skincare products, its a longish list, but when a product gives an instant effect, it has me hooked. Then as time goes by if its still performing well, its one to keep. I have been using it for nearly two weeks and the effect on my complexion is good.
I have one to give away to a blog follower thanks to Transformulas, just keep reading!
I'm thrilled by the idea of diamond powder in the serum, makes it feel that extra bit more luxurious. On first application I could see the shimmer, it just instantly lifts the look of my face, I looked more radiant and dare I say younger. Over the days it has lifted my skin, I look more even toned and my skin is smoother.
It can be used in various ways. Great for a quick natural shimmer on the cheekbones, I think this will be ideal in the sunshine, if we ever get any.
Packaging is always a bonus for me if its good, I love the gold bottle, it reflects the product within itself, luxury, lavish and posh!
The lid opens like a puzzle, its a little twist and the dispenser pops up. It closes down with a slight twist.
It became a best seller in its first week of launch and has already been hailed
the anti-ageing ‘must use’ by all that use it. The Transformulas Diamond Lift Brightening Complex £41.95 harnesses the instant radiance boosting
properties of real diamond powder and active toning, lifting, anti-ageing
ingredients which offer continual results that become more noticeable every
day.
This amazing, light refracting, lifting serum, will instantly illuminate the skin
with a veil of radiant diamond shimmer and is enriched with essential
vitamins and minerals to tone and boost the skins collagen fibres.
The ingredient Gaultine® Expression will help to tighten, lift and tone the skin with short and long term results.
Gaultine® Expression is extracted from the upper parts of the Acmella oleracea plant belonging to the Compositæ family (Compositæ-Heliantheæ) from South America, Africa and Asia. In vitro tests, Gaultine® Expression immediately limited microcontractions in the skin which aggravates/deepens facial muscles.
Skin smoothing was assessed by topometric analysis and 75% of volunteers saw a significant smoothing effect the day after application. 83% saw a significant decrease in wrinkles after 28 days.
An ‘everyday luxury for the skin’ the key benefits of this energising, anti-ageing treatment includes :-
Hydrates the epidermis and the derma of the facial skin
Creates luminosity and radiance to the skin
Immediate and continual luminance and hydration
Nourishes and promotes cell stimulation
Promotes the toning of collagen fibres

ReplyDeleteAlways wear an spf moisturiser everyday
ReplyDeleteUntil the last year or so I always thought I looked young for my age, now I'm 40 and I'm in good shape, but I really think my skin is acting its age (unlike the rest of me!) and I'd be really glad to try anything that would help it! I think I've probably done too much sunbathing in the last 5 years and am paying the price. Oh poor me hahaha!

ReplyDeleteTips for staying young looking? If I had one that worked, I'd bottle it and sell it! On a more serious note, I find that keeping a young attitude seems to work for me. I'm only in my 30's but I dress and act like I'm in my 20's - I go to festivals and gigs, I stay active, I don't throw a fit when it comes to 11pm and neighbours are still out BBQing or having a sociable drink - (I'm usually out there with them!) ReplyDeleteThis sounds brilliant, my skin could do with something like this. x
ReplyDeleteWater, water, water.... I try and drink as much as I can and I can always see a difference within a week if I am good. I also found my skin improved dramatically when I stopped drinking coffee after breakfast (I used to be an all day coffee drinker). And all else failing, I spritz my face with water before applying foundation as it helps gives more sheer coverage, and spritz and blot when I finish which lifts off excess oils and gives a dewy finish which "fixes" the foundation so it lasts all day.
ReplyDeleteCan colors and middleageness coexist? Discuss!

ReplyDeleteWear make up as less as poss, to let your skin breathe :)
ReplyDeleteWhen it's time to change my wardrobe (i.e. when it's time to get the sandals and lighter jackets etc out and out the boots and scarves away), it's time to take a review your moisturiser: is the SPF high enough for the season, is it rich enough or too rich for the current weather, etc

Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise.
ReplyDeleteStay out of the sun, moisturise and drink loads of water! That old chestnut. I have started using dermo rollers - tiny needles on a roller that you roll over your skin. Meant to help bring collagen to the surface. Here's hoping they will help!! xoxo
ReplyDeleteIf you have dry or flaky lips they tend to look thinner, more wrinkled and aged than they actually are, so it is really important to use lip balm regularly! Restoring moisture into your lips is the most important way to keeping your lips looking smooth, even, and full.

ReplyDeleteI know this is boring but USE SUNCREAM! Take a look at the lovely Joan Collins who next year will hit her 8th decade (unbelievable!). She had gorgeous skin because even though she has lived in the sunny USA for years, she has always stayed out of the sun. So although we all love to get a tan it's much healthier to be a fake tan worshiper than to aim for a real tan.
ReplyDeleteSadly I haven't taken my own advice and now I'm paying the price with age spots and wrinkles from squinting into the sun.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to get older - so I've got an excuse to be cantankerous!
ReplyDeletehi there great blog, really enjoyed reading
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a bit of magic to me!!!! 6 children and my skin is starting to show it! I feel older than I am and I hate to say I reckon I look it too! Why does our skin have to age? It's so unfair! Ageing should be abolished! Lol I would love a bit of a lift... I really do need it! :-)

ReplyDeleteDon't smoke and don't frown - it saves on wrinkles!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds just what i need for my maturing skin great stuff
ReplyDeleteLimit the amount of sugar you consume - sugar is bad for the skin.
ReplyDeleteNever go to bed with make up on!
ReplyDeleteAlways wash it off!
A good tip for keeping young looking is don't wear a heavy foundation and powder. A tinted moisturiser gives you a nice glow without looking like a mask.
ReplyDeletedrink plenty of water and first thing in the morning have a cup od warm water with lemon in ti to cleanse your inside which makes the outside look more refreshed
ReplyDeleteI've got a few beauty tips that I've personally tried myself, the first is to sleep on a silk pillowcase as silk is the closest material matched to our skin & will help your skin without leaving crease marks on your facial skin. The second one is to not put your facial mositurers on your skin before your eye make up as eye shadow often falls onto your cheek & you then wipe it off and take your moisturiser off with it.
ReplyDeleteName - Shelley Jessup
beauty tips - never ever sleep in your make up or exercise in it. take the slap off!!
